Gawker: Roman Catholic priestess and White House correspondent for the Macon-based Georgia Informer Brenda Lee just wanted to give Barack Obama a letter telling him to stand strong against the gays. Why did the Secret Service pervs have to do her like that?

When Obama flew into LAX today there was Brenda Lee, reporter-priestess, ready to hand the president this letter “urging him ‘to take a stand for traditional marriage’” (as she writes: “For the most part [gays] are white males who have sexed themselves out on perverted sex and they are never satisfied.”). But they try to tell her to give the letter to some random staffer, and she refuses, journalistically, and then all hell breaks loose:

“I said, ‘I’ll take my chances if (the president) comes by here,’” said Lee, who identified herself as a Roman Catholic priestess who lives in Anaheim, Calif. “He became annoyed that I wouldn’t give him the letter.”

Lee, who was wearing what she described as a cassock, said she protested when she was asked to leave.

“I said, ‘Why are you bothering me?’ They escorted me outside the gate,” she said.

She said security officers allowed her to return when she promised she would not yell or wave, but then other officers arrived and told her to leave.

“I said, ‘I’m not leaving,’” she said. “They tried to drag me out.”

Two officers then picked her up and carried her out. An Associated Press photographer photographed the incident.

“I was afraid you could see under my clothes,” she said, her voice choking up.

I had to check twice to make sure “Brenda Lee” was not my mom. Why does Barack Obama allow his jack-booted thugs to tear off the media’s cassocks?

New trend in Evangelicals: Homosexual Amnesia

Gawker:  “I was asked a question that made it sound like I equated gay marriage with pedophilia or incest, which I absolutely do not believe,” Rick Warren explained this week. See? He didn’t mean it!

Warren, the evangelical pastor Barack Obama selected to give the stupid prayer at his inauguration, got in a bit of trouble for having despicable beliefs about how gay marriage is the same thing is killing babies for fun, but now, months later, he is explaining, finally, that his words were taken out of context by A BLOGGER.

So the blogger posted the context:

“WARREN: The issue to me, I’m not opposed to that [some partnership rights] as much as I’m opposed to redefinition of a 5,000 year definition of marriage. I’m opposed to having a brother and sister being together and calling that marriage. I’m opposed to an older guy marrying a child and calling that marriage. I’m opposed to one guy having multiple wives and calling that marriage.

BELIEFNET: Do you think those are equivalent to gays getting married?

[WARREN:] Oh , I do. For 5,000 years, marriage has been defined by every single culture and every single religion – this is not a Christian issue. Buddhist, Muslims, Jews – historically, marriage is a man and a woman.”

See? It was totally a leading question. In that his explicit equation of gay marriage to incest and pedophilia naturally led to a reasonable question asking if he was fucking serious, which he was. Way to go, bloggers, twisting his words to make it sound like he said something he said.

TheAdvocate: A White House spokesperson sent the following corrected statement in response to the Iowa court decision:

“The President respects the decision of the Iowa Supreme Court, and continues to believe that states should make their own decisions when it comes to the issue of marriage. Although President Obama supports civil unions rather than same-sex marriage, he believes that committed gay and lesbian couples should receive equal rights under the law.”

The original statement read:

“The President respects the decision of the Iowa Supreme Court, and continues to believe that states should make their own decisions when it comes to the issue of marriage. Although President Obama supports civil unions rather than same-sex marriage, he believes that committed gay and lesbian couples should receive protection under the law.”

What a Drag it is Being a QueenGayAgenda: Clay Cane, recently interviewed RuPaul for BET where he..or do I say she, talked about the Obamas, her new show “Drag Race”, Being a drag queen and what a drag LL Cool J is.  Here is an excerpt from the interview.

You did an episode of LL Cool J’s “In the House” back in the nineties. How was that working with him?
It was hideous and horrible. He made it so difficult because he was so afraid. He was afraid that he made everyone else on the set not enjoy it themselves either. In fact, when I was ready to leave the show because he was ignorant, they all said, “Look, please stay, we have been dealing with his fear for so long that it’s become unbearable.” Just last week he had gotten into an altercation with someone about the OJ verdict because he believed that OJ was innocent and something happened on the set. So, I stayed, I did my episode, but to do this work, to excel on this planet, you have to be almost part therapist. Part psychology major to understand what’s behind people’s motives. He had said some really nasty stuff, he was all surly at the table reading — just fearful and ignorant. I understand, but they’re not paying me that much money, I don’t want to be around it. But, they begged me to stay and I did it. I’m glad I did. He’s a great teacher in that respect and this is important, I got to see myself in him. I got to see what I look like when I do that. It’s not pretty so in essence he is a great teacher for me.

Former President Clinton and her Senate staff looked on as Clinton’s childhood friend and D.C. appeals court Associate Judge Kathleen Oberly swore her in on a Bible belonging to the former first lady’s late father, in a ceremony in her Senate office.

Over the objections of just two U.S. senators, Hillary Clinton was confirmed by the U.S. Senate as the next secretary of state Wednesday by a vote of 94-2. Clinton’s confirmation was originally expected to take place along with the of the six other Obama cabinet nominees who were confirmed by a unanimous vote shortly after Barack Obama’s swearing in as the 44th President of the United States on Tuesday. However, the lone objection of Senator John Cornyn of Texas delayed Clinton’s confirmation.

The two holdouts were Republican Senators. David Vitter of Lousiana. and Jim DeMint of South Carolina. According to Chris Cillizza’s blog at the Washington Post, both politicians appear to have voted nay on Clinton for reasons linked to their need to shore up their conservative credibility. “Clinton’s confirmation was originally expected to take place along with the of the six other Obama cabinet nominees who were confirmed by a unanimous vote shortly after Barack Obama’s swearing in as the 44th President of the United States on Tuesday. However, the lone objection of Senator John Cornyn of Texas delayed Clinton’s confirmation.
