Oh crap: Now we lost one

NewNowNext: The super sleuths over at Life & Style have discovered that Johnny Depp is getting crazy intimate with a sexy new lady — his Rum Diary costar Amber Heard. Or, to be more specific, his lesbian Rum Diarycostar Amber Heard.

Apparently the two have “undeniable chemistry,” this according to a witness who caught them catching a flight in Las Vegas. Because wouldn’t Johnny Depp, one of the biggest stars in the world, show how sexy and intimate he can be with a lady before boarding a private jet as opposed to when on said jet? Makes total sense.

We will give L & S credit for acknowledging Ms. Heard’s sexuality, deeming her bisexual (and to be honest we probably have no right to label her a lesbian), but the magazine informs us the actress is “totally open” when it comes to love. Also totally open? The staff at Life & Style when deadline approaches and they need filler.

PinkNews: The True Blood actress, who has dealt firmly with suggestions that her orientation is a phase, told GQ she had been attracted to men and women since she could remember.

Interview Mickey Rapkin asked: “You broke off your engagement to Manson in August of 2010, and then earlier this year you came out as a bisexual. Was that a one-girl thing?”

Wood replied: “No, that’s for real. I’ve been that way since I can remember.

“I remember growing up and loving when I knew there was a girl like me who I looked up to. I figured I should return the favor. You don’t have to be ashamed.”

The star, 24, recently described her first relationship with a woman as “wonderful” but admitted she was “intimidated” at first.

She told Marie Claire: “I mean, it was terrifying at first. Not because I thought it was wrong but just because I was intimidated by women. It’s a totally different arena!”

New Book Explores Coco Chanel’s Bisexual Romances

TheAdvocate:A new book sheds light on the life outside of art and fashion that influential designer Gabrielle “Coco” Chanel led.

In Coco Chanel: An Intimate Life, biographer Lisa Chaney wrote that Chanel had intimate affairs with other women as well as artists like Salvador Dalí and a German man named Hans Günther von Dincklage who also might have been a Nazi spy.

According to the publisher, Chaney was able to draw upon newly discovered letters and records to connect the missing pieces of Chanel’s storied life.

“Unearthing an astonishing life, this remarkable biography shows how, more than any previous designer, Chanel became synonymous with a rebellious and progressive style,” says the book’s description. “Her numerous liaisons, whose poignant and tragic details have eluded all previous biographers, were the very stuff of legend.”
